Julie McCoy
McCoy Design was established in 1998 by Julie McCoy. Julie personally works on all projects; you brief Julie, she works on your project - no breakdown in communication, no junior team assigned to your project - you get the full advantage of her 21 years of design experience.
Julie has worked with Mojo and McCann-Erickson advertising agencies; Beyondedge (Multi-Media); and for the renowned Peter Sexty Design as production manager, account manager and designer for clients such as Hyatt Regency Coolum, Stockland Group, Sunland Group, Herron Todd White, Promedia, Moreton Hire, Seaworld Nara Resort and Griffith University.
In-house designer for Conrad Jupiters Casino Gold Coast for 5 years, Julie went on to establish the marketing services department for Conrad Treasury Casino Brisbane pre-opening, and ran it for 3.5 years.
Through McCoy Design, Julie has worked on major events such as Honda Indy GP, Mercedes-Benz Cup, Magic Millions and the Royal Queensland Show - EKKA (for 4 consecutive years).
Julie has experience working with executive boards, and has cross-trained extensively in other areas of business including all aspects of Accounts (GCSE Accounting UK), F&B Administration, Purchasing, Inventory Control, HR/Training (a member of the team that established Conrad College), Hotel Front Office (Supervisor) and Executive Administration. She understands the challenges that business owners face. She is respectful of a client's experience and industry knowledge; develops a clear understanding of their products and services, code of ethics and customer demographics and works together with the client in the best interest of their business; building strong relationships that stand the test of time.

I am professional, passionate, committed; always studying, tweaking, advancing - constantly striving to improve to offer more to my clients.
In business, the relationship I build with each client is of paramount importance to me; I am in for the long haul and I work with each client's "big picture" in mind. I have worked with many clients for over a decade, on their numerous business projects. 95% of clients appointed my services by referral thanks to the strong, positive reputation I am proud to have established.
