Julie McCoy
Julie McCoy personally works on all projects and brings 19 years of design experience to the table. Julie has worked with Mojo and McCann-Erickson advertising agencies; Beyondedge (Multi-Media); and for the renowned Peter Sexty Design as production manager, account manager and designer for clients such as Hyatt Regency Coolum, Stockland Group, Sunland Group and Griffith University.
In-house designer for Conrad Jupiters Casino Gold Coast for 5 years, Julie went on to establish the marketing services department for Conrad Treasury Casino Brisbane pre-opening, and ran it for 3 years. Through McCoy Design, she has worked on major events such as Honda Indy GP, Mercedes-Benz Cup, Magic Millions, Feast of Broadbeach and the Royal Queensland Show.
Julie has experience working with executive boards, and has cross-trained extensively in other areas of business including accounts (general ledger, receivables, payables), F&B, purchasing, inventory control, HR/training, hotel front office and executive admin. She understands the challenges that business owners face. She is respectful of a client's experience and industry knowledge; develops a clear understanding of their products and services, code of ethics and customer demographics and works together with the client in the best interest of their business; building strong relationships which, like the brands, stand the test of time.
Julie is also a director of 2 Stubborn Mules - Kitchen Operations Know-How; helping restaurateurs and café owners to raise standards, increase productivity and improve profitability.
