Julie McCoy
Julie McCoy personally works on all projects and brings 20 years of design experience to the table. Julie has worked with Mojo and McCann-Erickson advertising agencies; Beyondedge (Multi-Media); and for the renowned Peter Sexty Design as production manager, account manager and designer for clients such as Hyatt Regency Coolum, Stockland Group, Sunland Group and Griffith University.
In-house designer for Conrad Jupiters Casino Gold Coast for 5 years, Julie went on to establish the marketing services department for Conrad Treasury Casino Brisbane pre-opening, and ran it for 3 years.
Through McCoy Design, Julie has worked on major events such as Honda Indy GP, Mercedes-Benz Cup, Magic Millions and the Royal Queensland Show - EKKA (for 4 consecutive years).
Julie has experience working with executive boards, and has cross-trained extensively in other areas of business including Accounts (GCSE Accounting UK), F&B Administration, Purchasing, Inventory Control, HR/Training (a member of the team that established Conrad College), Hotel Front Office (Supervisor) and Executive Admin. She understands the challenges that business owners face. She is respectful of a client's experience and industry knowledge; develops a clear understanding of their products and services, code of ethics and customer demographics and works together with the client in the best interest of their business; building strong relationships which stand the test of time.
Julie is also a Founding Director of 2 Stubborn Mules - Kitchen Operations Know-How! helping restaurateurs to re-train their staff, raise standards, streamline productivity and improve profitability.
