When Graham Budinger, Founder and Managing Director of Signal Advantage, initially called me back in 2013, with the proposal to re-align his company's brand, I was backed up with projects, and along with the fact that ID solutions didn't instantly resonate with my vision or mission, I declined. Graham, thankfully, insisted that I at least meet with him over a quick cuppa, and wow, I am so glad I did.
One of the most lateral thinking business leaders that I have worked with, Graham is an internationally successful entrepreneur who took his home based business in London (BIG.co.uk), rapidly expanded it throughout Europe, and established offices in Hong Kong and New York. Celebrating the company's success, he took his management team to Necker Island for a once-in-a-lifetime training and team building experience.
In 2003 Graham sold this multi-million dollar business, staying on board as a consultant for the transitionary years, before emigrating to Australia with his family and launching Signal Advantage. Graham is an educator and visionary who leads by example, empowering those he works with by instilling knowledge, clearly defined expectations, a sense of pride, fun and a desire for successful outcomes and achievement of goals.
Graham is a passionate philanthropist, supporting many community projects. He encourages his team to volunteer their services through the Signal Group annually. He has held many voluntary leadership roles, predominantly in the sporting sector, to help youngsters to channel their energy, creating a positive impact on their future.
